			<description><![CDATA[<p>A small business has some advantages over larger structures.&nbsp; A charismatic leader can make all employees feel important and empowered to make decisions.&nbsp; Many small businesses fail to take the next step from starting out to adding employees.&nbsp; Real growth can only occur when a business has employees who are adding value.&nbsp; Other tips include having generous benefits and flexibility with work schedules and tasks.&nbsp; The incremental cost for benefits for a small business are not as great as a 5000 employer company might have.&nbsp; Profitable small businesses should try to take care of their employees and they will create tremendous loyalty from them.</p>]]></description>
