The Elifelines/HELP event at the Engineerine Society was a tremendous success! The panel of experts, some of the region’s most visible entrepreneurs and entrepreneur experts, answered practical questions about starting a business in the Pittsburgh region and what it is like to be an entrepreneur. Panelists included: Sunil Wadhwani, I-Gate Cofounder, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Carl Cohen, Esq., Executive Director, Raptor LLC, Frank Demmler, Director, Innovation Works and The Enterprise Group.

Great music with Jessica Lee for Entrepreneurial Thursdays at Dowe\'s on 9th in downtown Pittsburgh. In addition to the relaxing atmosphere thanks to Jessica and her band, two groups presented information regarding business mentoring and funding opportunities for start-up companies. The featured pannelists included: Danette O\'Connell, President - Triumph Business Consulting; Karl Schieneman, Esq./MBA, Founder - Elifelines; Tim Palucka - Engineers\' Society of Western Pennsylvania; Gary Rosensteel President & CEO of DigiBrix; Tom Jones, President - BlueTree Allied Angels; Craig Gomulka, Director - Draper Triangle Ventures; Joe Wojtowicz, Vice President and Senior Business Development Officer - Popular Small Business Capital; Russ Walker, President - Premier Funding Solutions; and Jim Gielarowski, President - Pittsburgh Trade Alliance.

We\'re gaining recognition and developing relationships between entrepreneurial Mentors and Mentees in Pittsburgh!

This was the kick-off event for promoting the concept of Entrepreneurial Lifelines. We were not live at this point, but we were working closely with professionals to gather momentum and interest from both potential Mentors and Mentees.
